How to book a session with me?
1. There are 2 options:
• Reach out: use the contact form on the contact page, or message me directly via my Instagram account.
• Use my booking calendar to choose the desired service - please choose the option to pay in person.
2. Reserve your spot: Once you have booked a session with me, a prepayment is required to secure your booking. I’ll provide you with detailed payment instructions.
3. Confirmation: Once the payment is transferred, your desired time slot will be officially reserved.
4. Pre-Session consultation: I’ll schedule a styling and preparation call to discuss outfit choices, your ideas, and the creative direction for the session. This call usually happens one to two weeks before the session.

To ensure a smooth and professional experience, the following policy applies to all bookings:

• More than 2 weeks before the session:
You’ll receive a 50% refund of the total session cost.
Any additional expenses (e.g., materials, travel) are non-refundable.

You’ll receive a 25% refund of the total session cost.
Any additional expenses remain non-refundable.
• Less than a week before the session:
No refunds will be issued, including the total session cost and any additional expenses.

Unexpected Circumstances:
If I have to cancel due to illness, an emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund, including any retainers or additional expenses.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled session time to allow setup and ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Up to 20 Minutes Late:
If you’re up to 20 minutes late, we’ll proceed with the session, but any lost time will be deducted from your session, which may result in fewer setup variations and images.

• For 30-Minute Sessions:
If your delay exceeds 20 minutes, the session will be canceled and non-refundable due to the limited session duration.

Additional Notes
• Rescheduling: If something unexpected comes up, I’m happy to discuss rescheduling your session up to 3 weeks from the original date. A small rescheduling fee may apply, but we’ll work together to find the best solution for you.
• Communication: If you anticipate being late or need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate you and make adjustments where possible.
• Case of emergency: If illness, injury, or other emergencies arise, I completely understand. Provide any necessary documentation, and we’ll find a fair solution for rescheduling or refunds.

• Every additional retouched photo + €50
• 3 additional retouched photos: +€120
• 5 additional retouched photos: +€200
• In case our shooting is outside and the weather is not allowing to shoot we’ll have to reschedule.
• After the shooting, I’ll share with you a gallery to choose the photos you would like to be extra edited and retouched.
• You’ll receive the first basic edited photos within 4-6 working weeks, depending on the project, and the extra retouched photos after another 5-10 working days.
• Copyright and Usage Rights - After receiving the images, the client does not have the right to alter, edit, or modify my work in any way without prior written consent. All images remain the property of the photographer and are protected under copyright law.
• By booking a session with me, you consent to the use of your photos on my website, portfolio, and social media. If you’d prefer to keep them private, just let me know before the shoot.
• All materials are kept for up to 6 months. After that, they will be removed.

• There is an option to add a smoke machine to your session for a small fee of €15 (one hour session)

How to Prepare yourself before the shooting?
• Get a good night's rest before the shoot to look and feel refreshed.
• Eat something and ensure you stay hydrated. Avoid heavy or excessive meals to prevent feeling bloated, especially since there will be a lot of movement.
• If you're doing your own makeup, apply it before the shoot. If it's a special look that requires my assistance, please come with your basic makeup on.
• Arrive 10 minutes earlier to allow for setup and preparation.
• Bring essentials, such as makeup for touch ups, a hairbrush, and any personal items you might need.
• Come with a positive attitude and enjoy the session :)
